Easy healthy meals but cheap

That's right... making healthy food at home can be cheap, easy, and also super delicious. The mean goal here is just using some very standard technique and you'll have arguably one of the best feel-good homemade meals of your life.

-Shakshuka

Shakshuka is a North African and Middle Eastern breakfast dish that is rich in history and culture and has many variations across the world.

My case for Shakshuka is that it's a perfect student breakfast and we should all make it more often using ingredients that we like. It is affordable, healthy, convenient and of course, delicious.

How to make a perfect shakshuka recipe - boiled eggs in a delicious tomato sauce, easy to prepare, healthy, comfortable, delicious, exquisite colors, definitely a recipe to try.

Shakshuka is usually served for breakfast, although I think it's perfect for brunch on slow weekends. This dish is best served immediately after cooking with some crunchy bread or beta bread.

Ingredients you'll need:

Shakshuka:

28 oz Can crushed tomatoes

3 tablespoons (42g) butter

1 bell pepper

1 onion

4 cloves garlic

6 eggs

1tsp ground 2g cumin

1 teaspoon 2g sweet paprika

1/2 teaspoon (1g) cayenne

Salt pepper to taste

Optional cilantro for garnish

Whole grain toast for serving

-Peanut Pork

Simple Sudanese pork inspired by Thai cuisine dissolves in the mouth and is all cooked in one pan, where the oven does most of the work.

Cook the pork slowly until tender, in a delicious sauce filled with Thailand-inspired flavours and finished with fresh bean sprouts and coriander. It's a perfect comfort food as evenings get cooler.

Add your chilli, leave it fried for about a minute, add the pork back to the pan, make sure your fire alarm goes off which helps a lot to develop the flavor, it's really a necessity for the process in my opinion, finish it with a quick frying sauce.

Let it cook only for a few seconds until it thickens with a constant stirring remove it from the heat and then add about a third of a cup or 55 grams of roasted peanuts that have been largely chopped now all that remains is to put a spoon in a bowl.

A bowl with some steamed rice or you can totally use cauliflower rice if you're watching the carbs you eat, whatever you know, I know nothing, white rice is my weakness, so I'll have 45,000 cups of it in any second.

Now with the total cost of this is about seven dollars and the fact that it serves from two to four people, it puts you in the range of two to four dollars per meal.

Ingredients you'll need:

Peanut Pork-

1lb pork cut into 1/2 inch pieces (3.50)

2 (28g) tablespoons neutral-tasting oil

1 bunch green onion, sliced

1 Fresno or serrano chili, finely chopped

4 celery ribs, diced

1/3 cup 55g roasted peanuts

1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce

2 tablespoons (30ml)  rice vinegar

1 teaspoon (6g) sugar

5 cloves garlic

 2inch knob ginger

2.5 teaspoons 7g corn starch

Fresh chopped and Cilantro for garnish

steamed rice or cauliflower rice for serving

-Glazed Meatballs

Last but not least it's dinner time.

Frozen meatballs,  Soooo blah .. right?! THIS is the recipe that you need to fix just that! Follow this step by step recipe to turn boring old frozen meatballs into a Quick delicious meal, appetizer, or snack.

So we're going to move some glazed meatballs using a small saucepan and so on you're going to add three quarters of a cup or 190 grams of ketchup.

Two tablespoons or 35 grams of honey, two tablespoons or 30 ml of soy sauce and three tablespoons or 45 millilitres of sauce that nobody knows how to pronounce was Chester thought knowing yes.

Put a little mix on your stove over medium heat and let it ripen for 2 to 5 minutes or until slightly down. This is your glaze now to make meatballs, You'll need one pound of minced chicken with three cloves of finely chopped garlic, 2 thin slices of spring onions and 1 small beaten egg to taste with salt and pepper if you wish, mix them together until well mixed and then with wet hands, you will take the mince and shape it into 12 equal-sized balls.

Ng paper lined with buttermilk paper and flipped into an oven at 450 ° F or 230 ° C for 15 to 18 minutes or until now all these things we will prepare a little charred cabbage salad.

Place a handful of the first cabbage leaves in a large pan with just enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan over medium-high heat until hot tearing and throw the kali in batches and a little charcoal.

We don't look forward to cooking it all away. Just get some delicious coal in each sheet now once you've charred it, You will add 2 to 3 cloves of grated garlic in the pan Turn off the fire in the bait with the salt and beat it with some lemon or lemon juice.

Stir it quickly and then immediately remove it from the heat and put it in a bowl now from here you can adjust the seasoning with salt and lemon juice as you like but the whole point is that you don't want to cook garlic all the way through you want to be a little raw and still a little hot now at this point.

Your chicken meatballs should mature, then pull them out, then brush it with brush, then put it back in the oven under the grill for a few minutes only until it's nice and sticky and I have a little champagne like that, now to offer this is very simple, get a nice little dish optionally, you can apply a little yogurt, sour cream or any kind of tangy little thang with your meatballs and cabbage salad.

A beautiful way to finish the night, now the total of this is up to seven dollars and forty-four cents and serves from two to four people, putting it at two to four dollars per meal.

Ingredients you'll need:

Glazed Meatballs-

The sauce-

3/4 cup 190g ketchup

2 tablespoons 35g honey

2 tablespoons (30ml)  soy sauce

3 tablespoons (45ml)  Worcestershire sauce optional

For the balls-

1lb ground chicken

3 garlic cloves finely grated

2 green onions

1 small egg

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Veg-

1 bunch kale

4 cloves garlic

1.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Lemon juice to taste
